For some children, traditional activities can feel overwhelming. Chess offers something different: clear rules, predictable structure, and a space where every move has meaning.

Infinite Chess was created to use that structure as a starting point for connection, learning, and growth. The goal isn't simply to teach a child how to move the pieces. It's to create an environment where they can participate, challenge themselves, and experience the confidence that comes from finding something they enjoy.

THE INFINITE CHESS PROJECT

A STRUCTURED PATH THROUGH CHESS.

Infinite Chess is a structured chess program designed for children with autism and other neurodiverse learners. Through chess, guided activities, and a supportive learning environment, the program creates opportunities to develop focus, critical thinking, social skills, and confidence.

From hiding to competing

There was a time when Kai spent much of his time hiding in his room. Finding something he connected with wasn't always easy.

THEN HE FOUND CHESS.

Chess gave Kai something he could understand. A board. A set of rules. A challenge. And eventually, a community.

The outside world used to feel too overwhelming for Kai, keeping him hidden in his room. Today, he steps onto the national stage to compete alongside thousands of players.
